Take your ski tuning game to the top of the podium with the Razor Tune Podium Complete Race Tuning Kit. Designed for racers, coaches, and serious carving enthusiasts, this all-in-one system replaces manual filing with high-speed, electric precision.
Gone are the days of being tethered to a wall outlet in a cold garage. The Razor Tune Podium is a fully cordless and electric powerhouse, giving you the freedom to tune your skis or snowboard in the hotel room, training hill, parking lot, or at the start gate.
What’s in the Box?
- Razor Tune Podium Electric Tuning Tool
- Rechargeable Li-Ion Battery Pack & Charger
- 3 Grinding Wheels (Coarse, Medium, Fine)
- Standard Angle Plates (2° and 3°)
- Heavy-Duty Tool Bag
Why Choose the Razor Tune Podium Complete Kit?
- High Capacity Lithium-Ion Battery: A high capacity lithium-ion battery pack sharpens up to 8 pairs of skis on a charge.
- Consistent Power: The active speed-controlled, brushless motor maintains steady RPMs, even as your battery drains, ensuring a uniform finish every time.
- Zero-Stall Starting: Engineered with high torque, this tool can be started while pressed firmly against the ski, guaranteeing a smooth and accurate tune.
-
3 Wheels included: The kit includes three premium grinding wheels to cover every stage of tuning:
- Coarse: For setting new angles and repairing rock damage.
- Medium: For general routine maintenance and refreshing edges. Can be used nightly. Only removes .0001” per pass.
- Fine: For that ultra-smooth, mirror-finish race polish.
- Foolproof Stability: Tune with the skis flat in the vise (base side up) not on the edge. The Razor-Tune Podium sits flat on the ski base. This stable platform makes it virtually impossible to "round over" your edges.
- Quick change angle plates: Change angles in seconds. No tools required. The kit comes standard with interchangeable 2° and 3° angle plates (88° and 87°), perfect for both recreational carving and aggressive racing lines. Optional 1°, 4°, and custom angles are available.
- Hybrid Operation: Enjoy cordless freedom, or plug in for continuous use. The tool remains fully operational while the battery is attached and charging (requires minimal existing charge in battery).
- Spring-Loaded Tension: Automatically applies the perfect amount of pressure to the edge for a consistent grind every time. No manual adjustments.
- Universal Compatibility: Works seamlessly on both skis and snowboards.
Upgrade your tuning game today. Experience the bite, speed, and confidence of professional edges with the cordless freedom of the Razor Tune Podium.

Great machine and easy to use. It does a fantastic job and looking forward to tuning many more skis with it yet! Well done to Razor Tune, as this is a really well priced product with exceptional results and I am really impressed. As a coach I will be recommending this machine to my clients also.
Great!
Razor Tune gets me over the hump from generally sharp skis with files & stones. Out here Palmer is often bullet proof for first couple hours. If not then heavily salted to at least be firm in course. We have coaches using shoulder mounted grain broadcasters to spread salt. Razor Tune takes a sharp edge to razor sharp usually with one pass of medium stone giving great grip.
We have 3 young ski racers. U14, U14, and U12. I find myself constantly tuning skis.
Prior to the Razor-Tune, we spent a long time with hand tuning and the Swix EVO. This machine was a significant improvement.
The device is easier to use than the Swix. It is a more natural movement than the EVO, which required more balance with the ski on edge. I found the Razor Tune much simpler to control with the ski clamped on its back.
I think that it is certainly possible to get a similar result with hand tools, but it takes longer and requires more effort.
The machine is expensive, but especially worth it if you have a glut of children’s skis to tune regularly. It was worth the money for our family.
Very good value for money. Thank you
